I just changed the channel to Cartoon Network and freakin' Saved by the Bell is now airing. Is it me or is that not a cartoon? I actually like the show, it takes me back to when I was 10, but why is it on Adult Swim? Totally random.

I will be jotting down quotes that I like beginning with the following one and continuing for hopefully not too long.
"Sometimes it makes me sad though, Andy being gone. I have to remind myself that some birds aren't meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright. And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice. But still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty now that they are gone. I guess I just miss my friend." ~ Red; The Shawshank Redemption.
I always liked what Morgan Freeman's character said at this point in one of my favorite movies of all time. First came the lesson talking about people being free. The whole movie parallels person drama and the walls & prisons we build for ourselves. It was beautiful when Andy escaped. He overcame what kept him down and was able to break free and be happy. It was just great.
Then the sentimental part of that quote came in Red missing his friend. Whenever he says that last line, it just touches me strongly. I think I just like that idea of having a friend out there that could make me miss them bad like that. I think I would rather have a friend to miss than no friend at all and sometimes that's how I feel.
